Invest in tomorrow’s White River stewards today!

To kick-off the 2025-2026 school year, the Partnership hosted 350 students during our annual Freshwater Snorkeling program on the Green Mountain National Forest.

Coordinating Freshwater Snorkeling is one of the ways the Partnership engages local students in hands-on river ecology education: White River schools have a menu of options for utilizing Partnership staff and resources year-round and free-of-charge.

We couldn’t do this work without YOU: your support helps us reach 1,500 students each year through our school-based education program. This impactful Partnership program costs:

• $67.35 to support 1 river-based education program for 1 student;
• $134.70 to support 1 river-based education program for 2 students;
• $423.30 to provide equipment for 1 river-based education program;
• $1,010.25 to coordinate 1 river-based education program for 1 class; and
• $3,030.75 to facilitate river-based education programs for 1 class for 1 school year.

Thanks to a generous group of donors, any donation received before the end of 2025 will be matched up to $25,000. This means your donation will be doubled!
